Do I have to pay to use MyOnlineServices?
The use of www.myonlineservices.ch is a free service for customers of BonusCard.ch AG.
What do I need in order to use MyOnlineServices?
To use MyOnlineServices, you need a BonusCard.ch Ltd payment card, a valid e-mail address, access to the Internet, and, ideally, a personal cell phone number.
Is MyOnlineServices safe?
MyOnlineServices is secured by an encrypted connection. To make sure you and your data are fully protected, we recommend you to use up-to-date security software on your computer.
How do I know that I am in a secure area?
You can identify a secure Internet connection from the letters "https" before the web address. For example: https://www.myonlineservices.ch.
I would like to change my password or user name. What do I need to do?
You can change your personal details at any time under the "Profile" heading.
What should I bear in mind when using MyOnlineServices?
Once you have logged out of MyOnlineServices, we recommend that you clear your browser's cache before closing the browser window.
Do I still have a MyOnlineServices account, if my credit card is replaced due to loss, theft or renewal?
Yes. Your new cards are automatically displayed in your existing MyOnlineServices account.
How long will it take for my transactions to appear online?
Your transactions are displayed as soon as they have been charged by Visa. This usually occurs daily.
Why are some transactions not displayed in MyOnlineServices although they are included in the current balance?
For some transactions such as hotel bookings, a type of credit reservation is made for security reasons. This is immediately deducted from your available credit but is only shown as a transaction in your account once it has been paid.
I do not have a cell phone number.
If you do not have a cell phone, you can still register for MyOnlineServices by clicking here. Nevertheless, for security reasons, we always recommend that you complete the registration process by adding your cell phone number.
Can I add a cell phone number later?
If you have registered without a cell phone number, you can always add one later under "Profile".
Beware of phishing e-mails.
Phishing e-mails will ask you to download an attachment and check or update your credit card information. By answering a phishing e-mail, you give cybercriminals access to your credit card log-in details. Criminals who send phishing e-mails often disguise themselves as financial institutions and ask you to divulge confidential information such as your card number, PIN, or passwords under a false pretext. Please note: BonusCard.ch Ltd and Visa will never ask you to reveal confidential card or log-in data in an e-mail, over the phone, or via text message. Should you ever receive a request of this kind, please delete it immediately (without opening any e-mail attachments or clicking on any links).
